General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on 25th May 2018, and is considered the most important change in data privacy regulation in 20 years. Its wide reach, scope and obligations makes its compliance a significant undertaking to businesses around the world.

Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA)
Performing Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) is mandatory pre-requisite in a variety of cases where personal data is processed in a way that is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons. Examples of such processing operations are systematic monitoring of data subjects and processing of special categories of personal data.
DPIAs are particularly recommended when implementing new IT systems. In addition, if the data is going to be used or shared for a new purpose.
Our Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) service can be delivered as a workshop-based exercise with hands-on help and practical guidance.
